  • Physical Development: Education helps children in understanding the importance of health. It also equips them with knowledge that is necessary for making healthy choices in their life. Education enables children to understand the value of healthy eating and physical activities. This understanding of choices helps children to make well-informed decisions and develop into healthy adults.
